The technical operational unit behind the library's collections. This backend team is responsible for:
- Acquiring, cataloging, and classifying newly purchased books, journals, and multimedia into standard system formats.
- Tagging, barcoding, and physically labeling materials for inventory control.
- Updating the online catalog (OPAC) so new arrivals are searchable and available on the shelves.
